Our Champagne - ABV: 12.5% ALC

Tasting Notes: Sophisticated and feisty, yet crisp with a torrent of green
apple, lemon and grapefruit. Together, they cascade into flavors of brioche,
toast and talc. The culmination is a refreshing and exhilarating finish.

Pairs superbly with rich fish, seafood, steak as well as mild and soft cheeses.

A traditional blend of Pinot Noir (77%) – Chardonnay (20%) - Pinot Blanc (3%). No malo
- lactic fermentation. Using only natural and traditional re - fermentation methods and tightly controlled temperature. Minimum 3 years aging on the lees.
